OverjoyedJulie: I am not a new customer and have been using your products for over a year (i reregistered as i had changed my email address) but wanted you to know that i recently went to a cosmetic dermatologist for an evaluation for restylene and as part of it she did a total skin eval (of course she sells a high end line of skin care products). The surprising part of it is that although I am sure she would have loved to sell her products to me, she told me that my skin was beautiful as it is and she recommended that whatever it was I was using, I should continue with as she couldn't recommend any improvements (i gave her your site address). I am 50 years old and she said my skin was amazing with great light reflection which you don't frequently see in my age group. I also get compliment after compliment from people who find it hard to believe I am 50 years old. It really is all due to your products as they are the only ones i use. Hi Julie, Thank you for your advice. I might have choose the wrong term in describing the scars coloration. It's not quite red. It's more od a lighter version, but not quite pink either. I don't need much concealor for coverage, a little powder would do. But I want perfect complexion without make-up. I think you know what I mean. I'll be waiting for your suggestion of what would work for me. I have oily to combination skin type. Thanks JulieJul-08-2008 marchcloud

I'd like to extend my appreciation for your time in responding to my inquiries. I know it's a throw off to be skeptical, but through all the bad experiences that I've had with skin care products, it ought to prolong in my trusting a new product out there. I'm glad and have take some time in reading all the comments in your blog, that really boost my confidence up a notch. I'm hoping to gain some professional advice from you if you don't mind. I have minor acne and the scars are reddish and takes long to diminished. I don't like to wear make-up to cover up so I'm hoping to find something to help resurrect my skin and diminishing these reddish scar. Thank you for responding so promptly to my concerns and questions. Yes, I feel I should have gotten a refund for the fraxel treatment, it has been 2yrs now and still no real visible results. I did order some of your products from your perfect complexion web-site(TCA Complex and TCA Latte Duo) and hope to get some visible results. I am excited to recieve the product. I wondered if you would please assist me, its almost a miracle I found your website. I really just do not know what product to choose that would most benefit my skin care needs. I had acne in my teens, and have ice pick scars on my cheeks. They are horrible, and have tried almost everything. I have even had the procedure Fraxal done 2 yrs ago and it reaped no results. HELLO i BOUGHT THE TCA FROM SOMEONE ON EBAY. i USED IT AND IT TOOK ALL THE UNDER THE SKIN ACNE AWAY. I HAVE BEEN THERE WITH THE TREATMENT ANCE SCARS UNTIL IT HEELS. IT ORRIED ME WHEN I DID IT , I HAD NOT SUPPORT. I DID NOT KNOW IT WOULD LOOK THAT BAD. NOW I NEED SOMETHING ELSE. MY PORES ARE LOOKING AS BIG AS EVERY , MY ACNE IS CLEAR, BUT NOW I AM GETTING A LOT OF LITTLE FINE LINES. MY HUSBAND SAID IT WAS WHERE I RUBBED MY FACE SO MUCH.
